-proofs will be sent out via email, if you do not respond within 3 business days, your items will be sent as is. please ensure that the email provided is correct. this is the source of all communication.

-our current process time for custom party favors is 2-4 weeks. please provide, the date you would like the order to arrive, NOT the date of the event.

-due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations. if your plans change, and you need to change the theme or items on your order, you may do that if your order has not been started yet.
